Think big because the portions are nicely sized and so are the cocktails. I like the menu with the big food focus on the fresh catch seafood. A super recipe is the jerk chicken quesadillas packed with pineapple, Peppers, red onions and cheese. Zesty chicken, pineapple and cooked peppers are a tasty delight when mixed with cheese and jerk spices, stuffed in a tortilla to create the chicken quesadillas. Very good are the seafood tacos stuffed with pink shrimp. Habanero wings are crisply fried Chicken Wings tossed in a spicy habanero pepper barbecue sauce. What about trying a bacon wrapped hotdog topped with mango, jalapenos, coleslaw and onions.
You could count on the food, the menu was more like a book, with half of it being dedicated to cocktails! I work close over at keysfcu.org and come often. For dinner I got the lobster bisque and the bacon blue nutrition-loaded-salad. It has always been a favorite so we headed there for-a-healthy-dinner and drinks.
The ciabatta bread was warm and tasty with just enough crunch. The Hogfish picatta was delicious. The coconut local-caught-shrimp was served with a pineapple rum sauce and it was delightfully yummy.
