Mega-family friendly is this Disney resort set on hundreds of acres. Some people call this Camping, but it is way better than that. This is one rv campgrounds resort cool-to-see-location that is loaded with activities. Families can take part in glad-we-did-it-fun programs, chill at the pool lagoon, enjoy rules-right-fishing and go on canoe excursions. They have it all, even out on the lake you can go sailing or water-skiing. Most Fun of all are the pools for swimming and the special daily programs For Kids ages five to 10. Disney World has been voted as having the best hotel kids programs, and it is true. You are camping in style so even your teen aged youth will have a good time. To the resort's super camping sites, they have splendid guest cabins for rent. We loved this place and would do it over many times.
Christmas was Fun in Orlando at Fort Wilderness, as it is so close to mega fun. Last year we stayed up north at the www3.hilton.com Hilton. Camping is better than the motels, even better than Pop Century Resort. It is a fun town for Citywalk food pleasure and Disney Springs Mall, then you have the theme parks.
Eating local is fun in this town at therustyspoon.com plus it is fun to explore the area. We did it all and we bought plenty of the Christmas beers! Just a couple of cases as my car is filled with gifts, with no room for any more gifts or anything! What a nice sing a long For the Kids and lots of people were dancing to the tunes. I want to dress the Lion King kitty like a reindeer, with a little red nose and fake antlers, so cute. He will love the get up, which they must sell at the Orlando Flea Market.
