We stayed here for three nights over the thanksgiving weekend, and loved it. It was a Pleasure to Stay in room one hundred and four which is the one-bedroom apartment with a nice small sized kitchen, but full size refrigerator and oven and the microwave. Everything was clean and the shower was remodeled and looked wonderful. The best thing was being able to use your bicycles and go directly down Las Olas Boulevard to The Beach. It is a little more difficult for some people to rent directly from an owner type situation, rather than the Marriott Hotel for example.
When we arrived we were checked in immediately and shown everything about the unit. Everything worked fine from the tvs to the appliances, no issues at all. Having a Waterfront View is an incredible thing. There are boats on the dock so you don't see the water directly, which kinds of hides you a little bit and gives privacy through the windows at night. This is one great town for lots of coconut trees and make sure you go to the Elbow Room on a weekend night when they really pump up the jams. Restaurants are everywhere and probably the one we like the most is called the Cheesecake Factory locations.thecheesecakefactory.com and for breakfast go with the Grand Floridian cafe, which is about four blocks away. Breakfast is a nice time thefloridiandiner.com and they do big plates of food. It is possible for new guests, you might be able to check-in early, just have to call and ask.
