This is a beautiful beach located in the Southernmost part of Key West, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Gulf of Mexico. You can reach this tropical oasis by driving, biking, or walking through the Truman Annex on Southard Street. There is a small entrance fee to visit the park, but it is worth it. You will truly enjoy this beach.

The bright, blue waters of Fort Zachary Taylor State Park are like wading in a giant swimming pool. The water is calm, clear, and refreshingly cool. This is a great way to cool down on a warm afternoon. It will refresh you just in time for happy hour.

This is a view of the beach from the snack cafe. The rock formations are a fantastic place to snorkel, and the beach is full of soft, white sand. It is laid back here, almost dreamy-like. This is a very relaxing place to visit.

You will be amazed at the wide variety of fish that swim around the rocks. Be sure to bring an underwater camera to take pictures of the colorful fish.
