This appealing zone is one not to miss if you are in a series hunt for family friendly real estate near Downtown St. Petersburg. We have lived here now for two years, and just are so cozy. Lots to do for kids, very playful waterfront parks, and events nearly every weekend close by are the key highlights.

Congratulations to our neighborhood. As we have been rewarded the best and the brightest distinction! Please let me thank everybody that participated. The beautiful lawns are outstanding and really help shine here on Snell Isle and Old Northeast. Nick's Family Restaurant on Central Avenue
We love Nick's Family Restaurant, a local tradition that is very popular. They have the best coffee, we are into walking to breakfast. Nick's is over at 5701 Central Avenue, easy to find. It is nice to support the local establishment, not just chains.
