AL LANG PARK

St. Petersburg Downtown Baseball Stadium

It is just too cool to watch a live music concert, a nationally televised event, or a MLB Spring Training Game. This is a special and unique waterfront venue to enjoy a revolving event mix. It was called Al Lang Stadium, and still is by most. Progress Energy bought the naming rights somewhere along the way.

Afternoon Baseball at Al Lang Stadium
March is the time as the spring squads from the Rays, Tigers, Phillies, Braves and Blue Jays play here. Typically, we get about ten or so games, they are super and start at 1pm. We bring our bikes and ride after the game.
