LA CONCHA

Staying on Duval Street Downtown

We visited the La Concha hotel where you stayed. We went up on the roof one day, and we also went up there one evening as well. The scenery is so pretty from the roof. I really like the lobby of that hotel too. The lobby and the restaurant are decorated in an old style that really celebrates the history of the hotel. It is excellent.

Ghosts are in the haunted La Conch!
At night the lantern-led Ghost Tour starts here. I saw them last night getting ready to leave. It looks entertaining and perfect for a place like Old Town. The shadowy streets are just the right backdrop for ghost hunts!

Primetime Hotel Location with History
They have old photographs on the walls too and the photographs are really neat to look at. We saw one photo of President Truman that was taken when he visited the hotel in 1945. That was pretty neat.
