Luckily our hotel manager told us to check out this top rated beach park. We would have never known a beach zone like this was open and Free in the Florida Keys. Turn left (heading down), just after the huge Kmart Fishing Center and across from Crane Point. About a mile down on the left, so cool for family fun.

Best of the FL Keys Beach Parks A top-10 Florida Beach Park for sure. I do like Bahia Honda and Taylor Park in Big Pine and Key West, respectively. Do not bother with the Big Pine Key Refuge, no beach and the key deer hide all day long.

Which Florida Keys Beach is Best A really nice beach experience from the splash to the water with a fun, family-friendly spin! This is our spot to play and walk the beachside boardwalk. Volleyball is big here too. It has lots of pristine sand that is brought in from the Caribbean. Perfect for a picnic on a sunny summer day.

Treasure Hunting for Key West Fun There is a little island in Marathon called Key Colony Beach. Wow, this is the place to stay. Just like many people, we got caught up on what is on the Overseas Highway (US1). Some of the best spots are just off the main drag.
