Florida Keys Shrimp Jambalaya Recipe
Picked up some key west pink shrimps today from Fish Tales to make some Florida Keys Jambalaya. If you get the following ingredients, you can make Jambalaya so quickly: large can diced tomatoes, chicken broth, one green pepper, two cloves garlic, two onions, hot sauce, red beans, shrimps, hot sausage, and rice (I use jasmine rice). Adjust quantities of ingredients to individual taste.

Seafood Dining in Marathon Florida Keys
The seafood market is excellent. I like waterfront dining at Island Fish. Love the wraps: 1 Grilled Seafood Wrap (Seasoned grilled shrimp, scallops, spinach, onions, verde sauce, black beans, island rice) 2 Fried Mahi Wrap (Mahi-Mahi filet flash fried, diced tomatoes, onion, lettuce, tarter sauce, black beans, wrapped inside of a flour tortilla).

Yummy Key West Shrimp Scampi for Tonight!
Super place we get our pink shrimp here for my famous Key West Shrimp Scampi! Yes, the rain is everywhere, but we can work around it. I am glad we had good weather last weekend in Key West, I can live with lots of storms during the Summer.

Key West Pink Shrimp Jambalaya Recipe
Too easy, and maybe some extra onions and jalapeno slices. We could also do shrimp skewers on the grill. I can go tomorrow to the outdoor fleamarket in Key Largo and load up on veggies for grilling. I bought some cocktail sauce already.
