The Best Time to hit the Beach
We just love the beach shoreline here in Cocoa. October is a great time of year to stay and play in Florida's Coolest Beachtown! Yes, the water is still warm in the ocean and no rain. We like the surf water temperature to be at least 80 degrees, with a nicely warm sun out.

Rent a Fat Tire Beach Bike
The shoreline goes on forever, and you can rent a fat tire beach style bike for cheap. You can go for hours and there are no fences, just beach sand and waves. I love this town.

Ron Jons Surf & Water Toys Shopping
I really like the watersports play, body boarding, paddle ball, and fat tire beach bikes. You can rent a board and try that, it is cheap and fun. Ron Jons Surfer Shopping is great, with plenty of deals. This town is good on pricing, so much cheaper than Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Miami.
