Use Bicycles to get around for Exploration
We like to stop our bikes up at the top of the bridge and enjoy the views of the area. There's a lot more boating that goes on, take a look over at the end of intercoastal waterway.

Found a Great Smyrna Beach Grill
Try Flip Flops Beach Grill after your beach day. We take the bikes there and have lunch and then take off for more riding.

Getting in Shape on the Beach Shoreline

This is a beachtown that calls out for outdoor fun and adventure days. Everyone was talking about different trip ideas at Smyrna Yacht Club and that got us to buy a couple of beach cruisers. Yes, now we bike right down the center of the beach and get hours of fitness enjoyment that is easy to do again the next day. I have lost 25 pounds using the beach as my motivation engine.
