Look at how well they recreate Captain Jack Sparrow's on the pirate boat ride in Adventureland. The live show they have on the street is excellent and very funny. They do a nice job with the interactive hi-jinks, just so festive.

Let the kids volunteer to get in the show
They do a lot of interactive stuff and your kids can get involved with the show. Most of this stuff just happens out of the blue so you have to be ready and have your child raise his hand.
