This is a Super Jacksonville Area Beach
You have to drive a little bit out of your way but it is a really nice park without all the buildings like a normal city beach. There is a boat ramp and even campaign here along the waterfront.

Packed with Jaxs Visitors on the Weekends
Since the park is harder to get to, expect only sparse beach crowds from Monday to Friday. Now if the weather is sweetly nice, the weekends are fully jammed. The difference in the daily popularity is very odd.

That special uniqueness gives this a top notch rating and one we can easily recommend to others that are planning beach day trips and vacation around Jacksonville. You can take the boat trolley if coming up from the south, which cuts the drive time down.
