Good Park for Land or Watersports
We actually tried to find a hotel that was within walking distance of the park, but really there is not much to choose from close by. We ended up staying at the Chesapeake Resort which is a really nice place and very fancy.

Beach Bar Paradise
In Islamorada the key is to time your dinner just right. If you do, you'll be sipping wine as the day's last rays sink beyond the horizon. Try any of the bayside beach bars for an excellent scene.
