Often asked, and easy to answer: Just about anytime that school kids of the Greater Orlando Area are required to show up and attend class. Meaning Orlando schools are in session. Now, I don't keep up with the dates, but a search engine query for just that will give you the answer. It is true, that is the absolute best time to go.
