You cannot go wrong with Sarasota or Bradenton
It's a perfect area to buy some real estate, close enough to Tampa and the airport, but small enough not to have so much crime. We love living here and the school systems are very good. Our kids are going to go to Manatee High School, one of the better programs in the state.

This is where we in West Bradenton dump in our boats before heading out to Anna Maria Island. Typically, there are not any problem with the boat trailer parking. The perfect weekend day in the winter can be an issue, when even the overflow parking will fill up quickly in the morning. Afternoons always work fine, as most people are leaving the water at that point.
