We just had to comment on your article on the boating life in Ft. Myers. We get to explore Hurricane Bay, the Estero Bay Preserve, and Pelican Bay. All this is protected, so even a kayak can take you around from your backyard. Living the good life off San Carlos Boulevard is what makes the Fort Myers waterfront real estate so popular. Expect real estate prices to continue off the low point, it is rising fast again.
