Sand Key State Park is a 95 acre waterfront park featuring a white sandy beach that is consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the US. Located at the northern tip of the Sand Key Barrier Island, Sand Key Park is just south of Clearwater Beach. It is an expansive beach, large enough to feel un-crowded on most days. The waters are usually calm, so you can enjoy swimming and rafting. This is a pristine beach, and a splendid travel getaway.
